Solo se acepta una mascota por habitación con un peso máximo de 18 kg.
Mascotas con mayor peso al establecido serán autorizadas por la gerencia antes de hacer la reservación.
Perros de apoyo o lazarillos, son aceptados.
Mantener a la mascota con correa en áreas públicas, así como usar jaula si es necesario. Recoger las heces de tu mascota para mantener limpias las áreas del Hotel.
Contamos con área de terraza en el mismo piso para comodidad de la mascota.
Cada habitación cuenta con cama, bebedero y pañal para la mascota.
Dentro de la habitación la mascota debe hacer sus necesidades en el pañal que se le otorga.
No pueden estar las mascotas en las áreas donde se sirvan alimentos .
Es importante agendar la limpieza de la habitación para que el dueño esté presente o no se encuentre la mascota.
Solo se permite la entrada a mascotas sanas física y emocionalmente.
Las mascotas siempre deben de estar acompañadas.
Dentro de la habitación está prohibido bañar a la mascota.
Cuidar el mobiliario de la habitación ya que no es para el uso de la mascota.
Cuidar el ruido y sonidos por respeto a los otros huéspedes.
Pagar las facturas adicionales de limpieza o reparaciones en caso de ser necesario y autorizo al hotel cargar a mi tarjeta dichos cargos, incluso después de mi salida del Hotel.
